The Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development (EBD) at CESCOM is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 7. Delivered over two years, it prepares value creators and leaders capable of driving the growth of existing organisations or launching new ventures.
This programme is perfectly aligned with the needs of managers responsible for promoting entrepreneurship, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.
The CESCOM Master’s Degree in EBD enables students to become highly operational from their very first professional experience. The programme includes courses, conferences, Masterclasses and Business Games delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

Duration
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
Prerequisites
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development at CESCOM is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.
Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks
This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment.
Programme objectives
The Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Development (EBD) at CESCOM is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Acquire the tools and methods to transform an idea into a viable business model (Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
Identify untapped market opportunities and design truly innovative product or service offerings
Master Business Development (BizDev) techniques to identify new partners, markets, or customer segments with high growth potential
Be able to draft a comprehensive and persuasive business plan, including market studies, financing strategy, and operational planning
Understand fundraising mechanisms, investment tools (Venture Capital, Growth Capital) and optimise the financial performance of a new entity
Understand the challenges and strategies necessary to scale a business internationally
Understand ethical, legal and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) issues in business development

Teaching Methods and Assessment
Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines
Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Validation of competency blocks:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of IA
Block 2: Design a digital project following a UX Design approach adapted to IA
Block 3: Lead a digital project using agile methodology, develop its functional specifications and technical requirements
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of IA
Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in competitive intelligence and corporate strategy
