The Master’s Degree in Management and Digitalisation of QHSE Processes (MD-QHSE) at CESCOM is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 7. Delivered over two years, it prepares professionals attuned to quality, hygiene, safety and environmental issues, equipping them to implement, manage and improve management systems in these key areas of business.

This programme is perfectly aligned with the needs of QHSE managers who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.

The CESCOM Master’s Degree in MD-QHSE enables students to become highly operational from their very first professional experience or to continue their studies at a Bac+4/5 level. The programme includes courses, conferences, Masterclasses and Business Games delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

Duration

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
  • Work-study programme available.
Prerequisites

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4

Prerequisites: The Master’s Degree in Management and Digitalisation of QHSE Processes at CESCOM is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks

This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways.
Further Studies

This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment.

Programme objectives

The Master’s Degree in Management and Digitalisation of QHSE Processes (MD-QHSE) at CESCOM is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of current standards and certifications (ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environment, ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety, etc.)

  • Master key quality management tools (5M, Pareto and Gantt diagrams, brainstorming, etc.)

  • Master the principles of quality management

  • Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions

  • Define and implement relevant control indicators

  • Develop, implement and evolve integrated QHSE management systems adapted to the specific needs of the company

  • Use and deploy digital tools (QHSE software, CMMS, DMS) to simplify the management of documents, non-conformities, audits and action plans

  • Understand the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, augmented reality) on QHSE matters and leverage data-driven approaches in QHSE tasks

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
  • Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

AXE 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of competency blocks:

  • Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of IA

  • Block 2: Design a digital project following a UX Design approach adapted to IA

  • Block 3: Lead a digital project using agile methodology, develop its functional specifications and technical requirements

  • Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of IA

  • Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in competitive intelligence and corporate strategy
