The Master’s Degree in Sports Management (MS) at CESCOM is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 7. Delivered over two years, it prepares versatile professionals capable of managing all aspects of a sport-related organisation, whether a fitness centre, sports complex, club, or sports association.
This programme is perfectly aligned with the needs of managers of sports organisations, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.
The CESCOM Master’s Degree in MS enables students to become highly operational from their very first professional experience. The programme includes courses, conferences, Masterclasses and Business Games delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

Duration
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
Prerequisites
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The Master’s Degree in Sports Management at CESCOM is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.
Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks
This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment.
Programme objectives
The Master’s Degree in Sports Management (MS) at CESCOM is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the legal and institutional framework of the sports environment
Master the management of a sports organisation
Define the organisation’s strategy and ensure the proper functioning of its facilities
Develop management and financial skills covering budget management, monitoring of revenues and expenses, mastery of accounting tools, and analysis of activity profitability
Manage the teams of a sports association
Develop a marketing plan to attract and retain clients, including social media communication, event organisation, and partnership development
Oversee projects related to facility development and expansion

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines
Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Validation of competency blocks:

Block 3: Lead a digital project using agile methodology, develop its functional specifications and technical requirements
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of IA
Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in competitive intelligence and corporate strategy
