The Master’s Degree in Business Law and Management (DAM) at CESCOM is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 7. Delivered over two years, it prepares professionals with hybrid and versatile profiles, capable of mastering both the legal constraints of a business and the strategic management imperatives necessary to secure decisions and optimise company performance.
This programme is perfectly aligned with the needs of managers responsible for legal compliance and business operations, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.

DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
Prerequisites
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The Master’s Degree in Business Law and Management at CESCOM is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.
Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks
This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment.
Programme objectives
The Master’s Degree in Business Law and Management (DAM) at CESCOM is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Master complex legal structures, corporate restructuring and corporate governance
Identify and analyse legal risks related to business operations
Understand business models, market challenges and strategic decision-making processes
Master tax law regulations to structure operations and optimise the company’s tax burden
Serve as a credible interface between legal functions and operational or financial functions within the company
Translate legal constraints into pragmatic and profitable solutions for management
Conduct complex negotiations taking into account both legal aspects and business objectives
Understand the issues of international business law and foreign legal standards, particularly in the context of multinational groups
Communicate clearly and effectively with non-legal management teams

Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
