The Master’s Degree in UX Design (UX) at CESCOM is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 7. Delivered over two years, it prepares hybrid experts capable of transforming operational designers into user experience strategists, with a focus on leadership, overall vision, and management of complex projects.
This programme is perfectly aligned with the needs of managers of specialised tech organisations, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.

Duration
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
Prerequisites
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The Master’s Degree in UX Design at CESCOM is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.
Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks
This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment.
Programme objectives
The Master’s Degree in UX Design (UX) at CESCOM is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Conduct interviews, surveys and usability audits
Understand cognitive mechanisms to design intuitive user journeys
Align user needs with the company’s business objectives
Create complex interactive prototypes to test concepts before development
Learn to design and maintain a reusable component library to ensure large-scale visual consistency
Work on micro-interactions, animations and interface feedback to enhance engagement
Learn to lead designers, provide constructive feedback, and manage external providers
Integrate into a development cycle and collaborate closely with developers and Product Managers
Facilitate co-design workshops with stakeholders (clients, marketing, engineers)
Explore UX for virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), voice user interfaces (VUI), and artificial intelligence

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company
Programme Summary Documents: Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video resources, and any exercises to be completed during the programme

Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Validation of competency blocks:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of IA
Block 2: Design a digital project following a UX Design approach adapted to IA
Block 3: Lead a digital project using agile methodology, develop its functional specifications and technical requirements
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of IA
Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in competitive intelligence and corporate strategy
