The CESCOM Bachelor’s in International Business (IB) is a Level 6 qualification listed on the RNCP, designed to train versatile professionals capable of supporting a company’s expansion into international markets.

This programme is ideally suited to Managers involved in international business operations, seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.

Baccalaureate and Bac+2

Prerequisites:

The CESCOM Bachelor’s in International Business (IB) is open to holders of a Baccalaureate and, for entry into the 3rd year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.

Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.

Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks

This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways.
Further Studies

This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment.

Programme objectives

The CESCOM Bachelor’s in International Business (IB) is a state-recognised Level 6 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:

  • Understand and apply international rules defining the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in terms of risks and costs
  • Complete the required documentation, understand customs duties and rules of origin to avoid border delays
  • Analyse the potential of a market before entering it
  • Adapt sales techniques to the cultural specificities of stakeholders
  • Identify and select local agents, distributors, or franchisees
  • Use secure mechanisms such as Documentary Credit to guarantee payment for goods
  • Understand the impact of currency fluctuations on the profitability of a contract
  • Draft simple sales contracts and understand jurisdiction clauses in the event of disputes
  • Select the most appropriate transport methods and optimise costs
  • Understand that commercial success often depends on respecting social codes, etiquette, and non-verbal communication specific to each culture
  • Be able to conduct meetings, write reports, and negotiate exclusively in English

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
  • Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
